Ingredients
2.5 oz Blue fin tuna
3 oz Scottish salmon
.5oz Julienned European cucumber
1 tsp Pesto tempura flakes
1.5 tsp Masago
Method
Pound tuna into carpaccio. Mix masago together with sushi rice. Roll salmon, cucumber and wrap carpaccio around the roll. Cut into even pieces. Drizzle garlic lemon sesame oil and top with pesto tempura flakes. Garnish with green onions. Enjoy!
