Ingredients

6 clams (little necks)

8 mussels

4 oz. snapper

4 shrimp 16/20

2 oz. calamari

1 oz. white wine

1 tablespoon red onion

1 teaspoon chopped garlic

1 tablespoon fresh basil leaves

1 oz. extra virgin olive oil

2 oz. chicken stock

1 teaspoon soy sauce

1 teaspoon ginger juice

2 oz. Arturo’s Marinara Sauce

 

Method

1) In a sauté pan, heat up the oil. 2) Add the garlic and red onion and cook until translucent. 3) Add the shrimp and cook for 1 minute. 4) Add the snapper, mussels, clams, calamari and white wine and reduce for 2 minutes. 5) Add the remaining ingredients and bring to a boil for 1 minute.

 

To Serve

1) Serve in a bowl.
