Ingredients
1 1/2 oz Ultimat vodka
1/4 oz Rosemary infused simple syrup
Spicy citrus gazpacho
Splash of Sprite, Dash of bitters
Method
Muddle ginger root, yellow pepper, lemon grass, lemon wheel, orange twist & cayenne pepper. add rosemary simple syrup. Garnish with cantaloupe cubes vacuum infused with liquor: Ultimat vodka, puréed melons, simple sugar. Place on cocktail pick with prosciutto. Top with a splash of Sprite & bitters.
