2 count veuve Cliquot Champagne
1 scoop mango sorbetto

Method
Combine all above ingredients in blender add 7-8 ice cubes, blend very well - drink should be frothy with no ice chunks. Pour into chilled martini glass and garnish with one mint leaf floating on top.
