Cocktail Recipe
Ingredients
5 cubes of Texas watermelon
3 Cucumber slices
2 oz of Bacardi rum
3/4 oz simple syrup
3/4 oz Fresh squeezed lemon juice
Method
Muddle the watermelon and cucumber. add the syrup, lemon and rum. shake and strain over ice. Top with shaved ice.
