With the opening of abacus, much experimentation and research was done to develop a signature cocktail that would reflect my eclectic style. soon after, the ModLux Big Daddy Martini was born (named after me), combining the freshest juice ingredients with flavored vodkas from Grey Goose to create a drink that not only captured all senses but would keep guests coming back for more.

Cocktail Recipe
Ingredients
1 1/2 oz Grey Goose L’ orange
1 1/2 oz Grey Goose Le Citron
1/2 oz House-made sour mix
1/4 oz House-made bar (simple) syrup
3 orange slices and one lemon slice
Method
Fill a martini shaker with ice. add orange and lemon wedges. add liquids. Cover and shake enthusiastically.
