Ingredients
2 1/2 oz Ultimat Vodka
1/2 oz Fresh lime juice
1 oz Vanilla and Cardamom
infused syrup
6 Thai basil leaves
2 oz ginger ale
Method
In a mixing glass, muddle the syrup, lime juice and Thai basil leaves. add the Ultimat Vodka and
ice. Cap and shake well. strain into a chilled martini glass. garnish with a tsp of soaked basil seeds and a Thai basil leaf.
